N. VA Senior Olympics
The 2008 Northern Virginia Senior Olympics
opened Sat., Sept. 20 and will continue through Thurs., Oct. 2. Gold, silver and bronze medals are
awarded after each of the more than 25 events being held at various venues in
Northern Virginia.
The most recent gold medals awarded were
in miniature golf, (men) 60-69, Kai-Peter

Weeks, Fairfax, 80-89, William Keller, Lovettsville; (women) 50-59, Carolyn
Law, Falls Church, 60-69, Marge
Davenport, Alex., 70-79, Rosemarie LoMonaco, Alex.; cribbage, Robert Bjork,
Springfield; table tennis, (men) 50-59, Jingchaun Zhang, McLean, 60-69, Shaw Zee, Fairfax Station,
70-79, Dawei Zheng, Dunn Loring, 80-89, Maxwell Greiner, Alex.; (women) 60-69, So Fun Chiang,
