EVENTS POLICY

Northern Virginia Senior Olympic Committee officials reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to insufficient registration or weather. Event Directors reserve the right to resolve any rule disputes, and to disqualify any participant who arrives late to any event or fails to adhere to event rules.

MEDAL POLICY
Medals will be awarded to the first, second and third place winners. In case of a tie, two medals will be given except in some events where ties will be played off. Medals will be awarded on the day of the event. If you are unable to receive your medal on the day of the event, you may pick up your medals at the Falls Church Community Center, 223 Little Falls Street, beginning October 17. Medals must be picked up by December 15, 2011. Medals WILL NOT be mailed. If you have questions, call (703) 248-5020.
